Where are the parts and service centers located?
Two parts and services center locations are conveniently located off  Highway 41 in Green Bay and Neenah. The stores provide complete products and services to customers in Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. 
What store specials are available?
Kundinger Parts and Service Centers offer monthly product specials, as well as featured products and convenient product rentals. 
Does the Parts and Service Center offer the same products as the Distribution Center?
If the Parts and Service Center does not have a product in stock, they will place one on order through the Distribution Center to be delivered directly to you the next business day. 
When I have a system shutdown, how soon can Kundinger respond?
Kundinger provides 24 hour emergency service at 1-800-242-4811. Your call will be answered by a technical person who will respond with a plan and timeline. 
How quickly can a part be delivered to me?
Orders placed by 4:30 p.m. can travel on UPS sonic or express delivery, which provides parts early the next day.
